Hey There

I’m a certified personal trainer with a soft spot for sculpted glutes, a strong core, and that dreamy, Pilates-inspired upper body. My approach to fitness is all about building strength while staying graceful, feminine, and balanced.   I began my fitness journey simply wanting to feel stronger — inside and out. At just 105 lbs, I was searching for something that would help me feel powerful and confident in my own skin. Over time, I fell in love with the process — the glow-up, the progress, and the way movement became my reset and my source of self-love.   Now, I’m so grateful to share that same energy with others — helping my clients sculpt, strengthen, and reconnect with their most confident, radiant selves. 

My Philosophy

I believe movement is one of the most powerful forms of self-love. My approach is all about helping women feel strong, sculpted, and confident — not just in their workouts, but in their everyday lives.

 

I love blending intentional strength training with the grace of Pilates to create a training style that feels both powerful and feminine. My sessions are designed to toning the lower body, strengthening the core, and supporting that elegant upper-body posture — all while building a healthy, sustainable relationship with movement.

 

For me, fitness isn't just about physical change — it’s about building confidence, finding balance, and reconnecting with your body in the most empowering way. Whether you’re lifting weights or flowing through a mat series, my goal is always to help you leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and truly at home in your body. Because working out isn’t just about how you look — it’s one of the most beautiful investments you can make in yourself.
