Refund Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. Our goal is to keep things simple and fair for both you and our team.
Class bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full credit or refund. Cancellations made after this period, or no-shows, are non-refundable, as your reserved spot could have been filled by another client.
If a class or session is canceled by Xercise, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class — whichever you prefer.
For digital programs, workshops, or memberships, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted unless otherwise stated at purchase.
